Welcome!

Creative School for Integration exists in a field FREE of judgement as we express the integration of Nature, Compassion and Trust. The tools we engage to help us remember this exquisite constellation are Embodied Mark Making & Journaling, Infinity Containers, Creative Rest, the Power of Words and most importantly, the Creative Heart Space. 

And of course, we engage with the creative supplies and art materials that call to us!

Our mission is to provide an accessible and affordable artistic education based in reciprocity and pure potential.

We believe in life long learning for all ages. 

It takes courage to slow down and truly listen to creativity and how it wants to collaborate with you. Our creative sessions provide a container for this to happen in a nourishing and beneficially cumulative way. 

During our creative sessions we offer prompts and meditations guided by the wisdom of the earth. Participants journal, doodle, draw, paint, write poetry, collage, knit, sculpt, move, dance, make the best salad ever — some have written scripts and episodic pilots.  And sometimes people choose to explore Creative Rest. 

The magic is in how the sessions begin with relaxing the nervous system and then take participants directly to their inherent Creative Wisdom.

Once participants are in their creative flow they work with whatever creative form or medium calls to them. 

No end game is expected yet the sessions may spark an artwork, more in-depth writing or creative project. Each participant receives the medicine they need.

No prior experience is necessary,
yet seasoned artists are also
discovering new depths in their work. 


All that is needed is a curious
heart, some paper or a journal
and something to make marks
or words with.
