CREATIVE SCHOOL FOR INTEGRATION
PROJECT CONSULTATION AGREEMENTS
Creative Supplies.
Each participant is responsible for their own creative and artistic supplies. A list of recommended supplies is provided on our Creative School for Integration membership site.
Tech, Supplies, & Language.
Each participant will need internet access, phone or laptop and a working knowledge of the English language in order to participate.
Attendance/Participation.
We ask that you arrive and settle into the Zoom space 5 minutes prior to start time and stay till the end of the session out of respect to the integrative vessel and its being-ness you are being held in. This commitment is important for your own experience and out of reverence for the natural world.
Self-Responsibility.
I agree NOT to hold the Creative School for Integration or its facilitators responsible for any damages, harm or problems that might occur in relation to my participation in Project Consultation sessions on Zoom or in-person. I understand the Creative Guides are NOT medical doctors NOR trained psychotherapists. I hereby knowingly and voluntarily assume the full risks of any physical or other injury, damage, or losses, either to myself or caused to others by me. I hereby waive the liability of, and agree to hold harmless, the organizers and facilitators of the Creative School for Integration as well as other staff and participants. I release the facilitators and organizers from any responsibility for mental or physical damage to my person. I am fully responsible for the results of my participation before, during and after the creative practices that may be suggested including but not limited to: breathing & meditation; mark-making; writing; collaging; and/or all potential forms of creativity. I also understand project consultation may or may not lead to my desired success of the project I wish to complete, share publicly and/or publish.
Recordings
I may request that my Project Consultation session(s) on Zoom be recorded for my own purposes only.
